Order Amendments or Cancellations

• Order amendments are not allowed once payment is completed.

• No refunds allowed.

 

 

Deliveries Policies

• Delivery for pre-orders from 24th July 2023 – 24th August 2023 will be available from 1st September 2023.

• Delivery for orders made after 24th August 2023 will be made within 5 days from payment, unless otherwise indicated. 

• Delivery is charged at $12 per location per order, delivery timing from 11am-8pm.

• We will not be able to deliver at a stipulated time.

• Any requested changes to delivery date and location will be subject to availability and $5 admin charges.

• Deliveries to Sentosa is subject to an additional $10 charge.

• We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Airport or restricted areas.

• Deliveries are free for 20 boxes and above to a single address.

• If deliveries cannot be received by the receiving party during the stipulated date, the order will be sent back to us at your cost. Another delivery date and time will be arranged at your cost.

• If you request for the items to be placed at your door or a safe location, we will not be responsible of any damages or loss.

• The recipient is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes will not be entertained if not raised on the day of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.

Storage

• Traditional baked mooncakes should be stored in a cool and dry environment. Leftovers should be refrigerated in an air tight container and consumed within 3-5 days of cutting the mooncake. Mooncakes are best before 18/10/2023.

• Snowskin mooncakes should be stored in the freezer immediately upon receipt.

• Snowskin mooncakes can be stored for 3 months, leftovers should be frozen in an air tight container and consumed within 3 days of cutting the mooncake. Mooncakes are best before 30/11/2023.

• Snowskin mooncakes should be thawed for at least 10 minutes or until desired consistency of durian filling.

 

 

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• We bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, nut and soy. Our mooncakes are therefore not recommended for those with allergies.

• We are not a halal-certified bakery.

 

 

Discount Codes

• No extensions for expired discount codes will be provided.

• Discount codes are not transferable for cash.

• Wash with soap and water upon receipt.

• Dry completely to avoid water marks.

• Do not put over direct flame.

• Do not microwave.

• Do not put in dishwasher.
