  • What is the lead time for all mooncakes?
    All mooncakes are available for delivery from 10th August 2024. Available slots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
  • How do I store Traditional Mooncakes?
    Traditional baked mooncakes should be stored in a cool and dry environment. Leftovers should be refrigerated in an air tight container and consumed within 3-5 days of cutting the mooncake. Mooncakes are best before 17/09/2024.
  • How do I store Snow skin Mooncakes?
    Snow skin mooncakes should be stored in the freezer immediately upon receipt. Snow skin mooncakes can be stored for 3 months, leftovers should be frozen in an air tight container and consumed within 3 days of cutting the mooncake. Mooncakes are best before 31/12/2024. Snow skin mooncakes should be thawed for at least 10 minutes or until desired consistency of durian filling.
  • Can I choose to mix the flavours in a combination that I prefer?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible.
  • Are there any areas that you do not deliver to?
    Are there any areas that you do not deliver to? We do not deliver to any islands other that main island Singapore and Changi Airport Singapore. We also do not deliver to areas affected to road closure and deliveries to Sentosa are available at an additional $10 surcharge.
  • What are your delivery timing and charges?
    We are unable to schedule a specific timing. Delivery to a location per order is at $15. Delivery is waived for orders above 25 boxes. Deliveries to Sentosa available at an additional $10 surcharge. We deliver everyday of the week between 11am-8pm
  • Are your mooncakes halal?
    We are not halal certified.
  • Are there vegan options?
    All our mooncakes are suitable for vegetarians who consume eggs.
  • Are your mooncakes suitable for diabetics?
    Our white lotus paste mooncakes are low in sugar but still contain sugar.
