Order Amendments or Cancellations

• Order amendments are not allowed once payment is completed.

• No refunds allowed.

 

 

Deliveries Policies​

• Available at $12 per location per order.

• Deliveries are free for orders $188 above to a location.

• Delivery of orders will be made within 5 days from payment. 

• We will not be able to deliver at a stipulated time.

• Any requested changes to delivery date and location will be subject to availability.

• Deliveries to Sentosa is subject to an additional $10 charge.

• We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Airport or restricted areas.

• If deliveries cannot be received by the receiving party during the stipulated date, the order will be sent back to us at your cost. Another delivery date and time will be arranged at your cost.

• If you request for the items to be placed at your door or a safe location, we will not be responsible of any damages or loss.

• The recipient is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes will not be entertained if not raised on the day of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.

Storage

• Cookies should be stored in a cool and dry environment. 

• Chocolate should be refrigerated.

• Pineapple tarts should be refrigerated after opening

 

 

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• We bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, nut and soy. Our baked goods are therefore not recommended for those with allergies.

• We are not a halal-certified bakery.

 

 

Discount Codes

• No extensions for expired discount codes will be provided.

• Discount codes are not transferable for cash.
